Este geocache está escondido a un costado de la Central Hidroeléctrica Rapel, la cual fue inaugurada en 1968, dando origen a un embalse y una enorme represa donde se instalaron cinco turbinas con una capacidad de generación de 350.000 kW. La presa tiene una altura de 112 metros y por la parte superior corre un camino público que une a la provincia de Melipilla con Litueche.
This geocache is hidden beside the Rapel hydroelectric plant, which was opened in 1968. Their construction generated an artificial lake and a huge dam where five turbines were installed with a generating capacity of 350,000 kW. The dam has a height of 112 meters and over the top runs a public road linking the province of Melipilla with Litueche.
Hay un estacionamiento donde numerosos autos paran a descansar y a tomar fotos al lago y la represa, desde ahí pueden caminar unos pocos metros hasta el tesoro.
There is a parking lot where many cars stop to rest and take pictures of the lake and the dam, from there you can walk a few meters to the geocache stash.
