You are invited to join us after you finish the JCHT or just drop in and join us as we celebrate geocaching with guests Team Podcacher and the beginning of their epic trip to Georgia to experience the JCHT, the Georgia State Parks Geotour and of course, Going Caching 2015 in Rome!
We will meet at the above coordinates from 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. and enjoy each other’s' company and maybe get some microphone or camera time with the producers of one of the most popular (and certainly the longest one going at over 10 years now!) geocaching podcasts. The event will end with the drawing of some amazing door prizes. Each participant will receive one prize ticket just for showing up, but you will have an opportunity that day to earn additional tickets! Starting at noon, you can claim a scavenger hunt score sheet and complete as many activities listed as you can before the start of the event. For every 100 points that you earn, you will receive one additional ticket for the door prizes. The score sheets for the scavenger hunt can be picked up at the Crawford Long Museum (see above coordinates). We want you to enjoy beautiful Jackson County and relive the Jackson County Heritage Trail while you are here. We look forward to seeing you and keep on caching!
