Since my last few puzzles published recently have been fairly easy, I figured I'd bring you one of my favorites that I solved from Calgary. This will be a harder puzzle, so go fast and race on!
The Cache is located at N 44° NN.RML W 077° LA.NAA
There are two somewhat obvious (but worth stating) rules which every alphametic obeys:
- The mapping of letters to numbers is one-to-one. That is, the same letter always stands for the same digit, and the same digit is always represented by the same letter.
- The digit zero is not allowed to appear as the left-most digit in any of the addends or the sum.
