Six Stars Traditional Cache

Tankengine: OK - so I finally managed to come out here to check this out! Well - 3 lots of bad news...
1. The cache was melted into an aluminium blob by bushfire! (See pic)
2. The wooden bench it was attached too is no more!
3. The AAWT though here as been re-aligned! So it no longer passes this point! The old track is being returned to nature, it is clear the rangers don't want people walking this way any more...
Given those reasons, this cache has been archived. Stay tuned for a replacement somewhere nearby soon!

Geocache Description:


This cache is located not far from the final waypoint of a long archived cache "6 Star - A walk in the Park" (visit link) It has been over 10 years since that one was last found, so I felt it was about time the area had a cache again! GCNPT3 was an epic Namadgi cache - taking 3 days to complete. Luckily this one is not so hard! Additionally, there is no bush bashing required for this one, just follow the Australian Alps walking track, and when the time comes, take a seat for a well earned rest. This cache is near the Booroomba creek - if you continue a tiny bit further beyond the cache, you will come to a small bridge crossing it.

Please note, this is a very small cache, please BYO pen.
