The cache is located at Sekimoto PA of Joban Expressway. The parking area facility was opened in 1988.
Joban Expressway of whole line was opened to traffic in March 1, 2015. These area in Fukushima was damaged huge earthquake and tsunami in March 11, 2011. Also, Fukushima No.1 atomic power plant was damaged. Now, the lengthy struggle for the recovery from a disaster is deep problem. We hope that the expressway will play a major role for recovery. Please bring your pen.
常磐自動車道上り線の関本パーキングエリアにキャッシュはあります。
2015年3月１日に常磐富岡ICと浪江IC間の１４．３キロメートルが開通して、常磐自動車道は全線開通しました。2011年3月11日の東日本大震災で大きな被害を出し、福島第一原発の問題が長期化する中、その復興に大きな役割を果たしてくれることを祈らずにはいられません。筆記具を持参ください。
