This is the fourth in a series that is a bit of a challenge for hiding caches. The idea is to hide a cache for as many individual types of road signs for a given area. In the case of these cahes Brighton & Hove. If others wish to do this I will outline what they would be able to do initially until I see if this idea has legs and if it does I will look at how it can be administered more efficiently.
This road sign is a little unusual because it has clearly been added to so that it has become a quirky feature of the Rottingdean area. Some may say the folk in Rottingdean are a bit sureal; I couldn't possibly comment.

Because these caches are hiden near to, or on road signs it is VERY IMPORTANT that care is taken when searching for these caches as they can be on busy roads. You search for these caches at your own risk. This particular cache is on a very quiet road and you should not have any problems but you still need to be vigilant and not cause an obstruction.
To locate this cache you will need to go to the given coordinates where you will find thw road sign and an aditional sign concerning dog fowling.
To determine the final location you will need to solve the following using the dog "fowling" notice.
AB = The amount of the fine in pounds.
C = The number of words in extra large font.
D = The number of leters in the third word on the top line of the notice.
E = The number of letters in the third word in the bottom line of the notice.
F = The number of letters in the third word the third line of the notice.
G = The number of numbers on the notice.
H = The number of words on the top line
I = The sum of letters in the first word of the top line and the second line
J = The number of two letter words on the notice.
The coordinates to the cache are:
N AB CD.EFG W 000 03.HIJ
