A local farmer has done his bit for social welfare. He built twenty-four low cost houses and provided them free of charge to the homeless. Avenurbia is the result. The houses seem to be popular, I saw residents in a number of them, one just returning with the groceries. This cache is almost in the middle of the new suburb, with the houses stretching out for 150m on either side.
Do not remove the stamp from the cache. It is for letterboxing - I thought this new suburb deserves a letterbox!
