WHY: With many of us heading to Christchurch for the Mega Event over Labour weekend, come along to touch base and make any last minute arrangements with those heading north (or even those who have to stay at home and work over the holiday).
WHERE: Brighton Road, coastal side just before the bridge. There are two picnic tables and a free gas BBQ available on site and if the weather decides not to co-operate we can take shelter under the BBQ or in the bushes!.
WHEN: Sunday 18th October 5 pm - 7 pm.
WHAT TO BRING: There is a free gas BBQ on site so bring along any food you want to cook as well as anything else for dinner. There are a few fish 'n chips shops on the way out, so I'll make sure there is plenty of tomato sauce on hand.
