Welcome to the Smythesdale Cemetery.
The Smythesdale General Cemetery is located 2.5 km south of the town of Smythesdale and 1 km north of Scarsdale. The first burial was recorded in 1859, with the cemetery officially gazetted on 7 September 1863. The cemetery is 20 acres and is divided into denominational areas with clusters of graves distributed within an unusual heart shaped configuration. A self-guided tour of twelve information boards installed in 2006 by the Smythesdale Cemetery Trust are located at various points. These boards provide an historical background of the individuals and families buried in the cemetery.
To solve this crossword you will need to take a walk around the cemetery and visit all the information boards located around the area. Once you have completed the puzzle you will have enough information to find the cache.
