Small lock and lock container with camo tape. Easily accessible and located near the trail head of an amazing hiking trail to a gorgeous set of rapids.
We wanted to place the cache at the rapids themselves but it's quite the hike for those whom enjoy the park and grab. Hence we placed it at the front of the trail close to the parking lot however we HIGHLY recommend doing the hike to the rapids themselves and seeing just what we mean by nature's Waterside ;) One of my favourite places in the Whiteshell. There is an easy trail and a more advanced, mountain goat wannabe type trail for the adventurous. It's a 2.4 km hike to the rapids and the scenic longer trail (2.7 km) is so much fun with beautiful scenery and many opportunities to explore the awesome bedrock formations and see some wildlife. Hope you like our favourite slice of Canadian Paradise.
