No matter which hill top you go to in the Portland region, you can look down and somewhere down there is a geocache placed by THE SPAZ. Actually THE SPAZ refers to Mr. and Mrs. Geospaz. From GZ one can see toward downtown Portland. Take a seat and reflect on knowing THE SPAZ has hidden caches all over so that you could have the fun and enjoyment of finding them.
There are likely some muggles over there where you parked your geomobile. But there should be no need to worry about them clearly seeing you. But please do return the cache near the concrete chunk so that it is hidden well and does not roll down the hillside. Congrats to Mr and Mrs GeoSPAZ for the FTF.
Note: BYOP, carefully open the container/baggie, sign the log, completely seal baggie with log inside, tightly close container and replace cache out of plain view to same location in description/hint.
