This is at one of the points of interest on the Malhur wild life refuge Central patrol road.
Great late afternoon drive. Saw Red Tailed hawks up close and had a Cyote within 60 ft to 60 yards of us for over 30 minutes catching Meadow Voles. Great Photo Op.
