GIFF Weekend is your chance to watch the entire reel of the 16 finalist films from the 2015 Geocaching International Film Festival which was rained-off at the Seattle Block Party last August.
On the weekend of November 5-8 only, Geocachers will host Geocaching events at which these films will be shown publicly for the first time.
It’s a global Geocaching Movie Event! A great chance to be a part of something special and a little bit different.
As there is a cost factor here, in line with Groundspeak Guidelines ,we ask for voluntary donations - however there is absolutely NO obligation.
Should the donations exceed cost, then any residual balance will be paid into a Registered Charity, to be decided.
Voluntary donations can be made at the Event.
IMPORTANT
We can only allow a MAXIMUM of 30 Attendees (this number is governed by Fire Regulations), - so it is first come, first served, if there is that level of interest. We will carefully monitor those hoping to attend, If, for any reason, you have booked and then can't attend, please let us know so we can offer the place(s) to someone else. Thank you.
There are toilet facilities and some parking. There will be tea/coffee available.
Please note that this Event is not suitable for children.
