I placed this cache quite a while back and never got around to writing it up, I stopped by today and the cache is there in good condition so here goes. remember its a cemetery. No night caching. Final is 24/7 but not the cemetery.
The posted coordinates are your starting point. It's a multi cache with a little bit of puzzling going on. Don't worry though, all the information you need lies within the fence at this cememtery.
Final Coordinates are:
N 36 5A.BCD W 093 2E.FGH
Check the gate, there is a date there. Add the first and last digit. This is A
Next you will need to find a headstone "made" of a precious metal. When you find it, the answers for B, C and D will be answered.
You should know that you are in the right place but here's some help. Mary was born on December 12. Add the last 2 numbers or her birth year. This will be the answer for B.
Mary's husband holds the answer for C. What is the last digit of his birth year? This is C.
On the back side of the headstone is a list of the couples children. One stone has 3 children listed. On the list of 3 children, how many are girls? This your answer for D.
It's time to move on. Your next quest is to find another headstone made of a "metal" It's not a precious metal this time but I found it to be very unique. It is kind of in the middle. Answers for E, F and G will be found here.
So that you know you are in the right spot, I will tell you that Ron was born on July 29.
Ron's wife was born in September. Add the digits of her birthday(just the day in Spetember not the year). This is E.
How many words are on the back of thier headstone? The answer is F.
Add all the 1's and all the 2's in Ron's birth and and death dates. This will give you G.
The last qestion is not related to any headstones. Look at the coordinates you have for the final. You are only missing one number. Excluding "36" and "093" and considering there are 10 possible single digits, you will find that all but 2 numbers are used. What are those 2 numbers? Choose the higher of the 2. This is your answer for H.
I hope you enjoy my first multi cache. Good Luck at the final. BYOP and a sense of adventure! Have FUN!!!
