I received a report of this being on private property. As such, I'm forced to archive it until more information is provided. Based on their maps: https://www.nynjtc.org/sites/default/files/2016RamapoReservation_CurrentTrailMap-November.jpg it appears to no longer be park property and the trails are gone.

Geocache Description:

This cache is located in the Ramapo Reservation.

The view of the nearby farm from the top of the knoll is pretty cool.

Keep your eyes & ears open.
We've seen & heard Pileated Woodpeckers in this area many times.
We think they like the view from up here too.

The cache is a very well hidden 4" round camouflage Lock-n-Lock ® container.

~ Please replace the "cap rock" just as you found it. ~

For the longevity of this hide and our beloved forest dwellers, please do not put crayons, acorns, MRE's or any other critter bait in this cache. Thank you.
