My second hide. Use the waypoints listed here for the other two caches I have placed in the area, along with a much older cache. The state forest here is probably the best-kept secret in the area-- there are no signs except for some small ones AFTER you've found your way in! Note the "Enter the forest here" waypoint, turn North and go up the dirt road to the parking/trailhead. You should see a yellow metal gate that blocks vehicles from the trail. Proceed on foot through that gate.
After visiting this little known state forest earlier in the week, I just had to come back and place a few caches. This one is the easiest, and also shows you the trail to get to the others. If you or one of your party members is in less than top physical shape, you'll get the name of the cache as you make your way back up the slope! You're looking for a small lock'n'lock style container. BYOP! Initial contents are the log and an FTF prize. If the same person FTF's all 3 of my caches, they'll end up with a matching set. Congrats to Snowman257 on FTF!
