This is a great spot to begin a beautiful walk or you can carry on up the road to the Tauroa Road Carpark for Te Mata Peak Park and walking tracks.
You can park safely within metres of the cache.
The cache is a small container which contains a log book and some small trades. Plenty of room for travelbugs.
