This cache is placed where the police would set up their radar trap east of this location on Dewdney avenue and pinch people all day for speeding at school zone half a kilometer away, that is until the city changed the lower speed limit to happen only when the lights are a' flashin. Before they changed to the lights system, I could go grab something from the coffee shop that used to exist nearby and watch the police pull over the speeders one after the other.
The cache is hidden in plain sight where dozens of muggles will see it every day but none will realize what it is and will pay no attention to it. That said, you will be fully exposed to the muggles on the sidewalk and the street and you will be required to be subtle in your stealth.
It is small and you will be required to bring your own pencil. FTF will get an unactivated travel bug.
