FR: Idée de balade autour de Saint-Luc - Observatoire
L'arrivée du funiculaire à Tignousa offre souvent un ciel pur et stable permettant l'observation du ciel et du soleil. C'est ce que propose l'observatoire François-Xavier Bagnoud avec ses divers instruments dont deux téléscopes d'environ 600 mm de diamètre (un des plus grand de Suisse Romande). Eté comme hiver, l'observatoire ouvre ses portes au public lors de soirées astronomiques ou de séances d'observations du soleil.
Tignousa est idéalement situé au départ des pistes de ski et de différents sentiers de randonnée dont le Sentier des Planètes. Vous pouvez aussi profiter de la vue sur le Cervin et les cinq 4000 m.
La cache se situe derrière le bâtiment de l'observatoire à une altitude de 2200 mètres. Facile d'accès grâce au funiculaire, elle n'est toutefois pas accessible en hiver.

The Tignousa funicular's arrival often offers a pure and stable sky allowing sun and sky watching. This is what the François-Xavier Bagnoud Observatory proposes with its different kind of instruments like two 600 mm diameter telescopes (one of the biggest of the French-speaking Switzerland). During summer and winter, the observatory is open to the public for astronomical evenings or sun watching sessions.
Tignousa is ideally located at the start of the ski tracks and of different hiking trails like the "Sentier des Planètes" . You can also enjoy a nice view on the Matterhorn and the five 4000 m summits.
The cache is located behind the observatory building at an elevation of 2200 meters. Thanks to the funicular, its access is easy, but the cache is unavailable during winter.
