Barbecue sauce is a fantastic condiment! Really good tastes come from varieties of sweet, spicy, tangy, sharp, and extremely hot flavors. I prefer somewhere between tangy & spicy. Some people prefer to slather loads of sauce on their meat, but I like it on the side as a dip of sorts. Kids love barbecue sauce! Everyone loves barbecue sauce!! Take it from me though, the sauce is secondary to the cut you use.
