Taranaki Lookout (Taranaki) Traditional Cache

This cache replaces the GC1MDW2 Tasman Outlook (Taranaki) placed by Southern Augurs February 2009, but muggled, then Archived January 2015

This is a great spot to pull over and have a cuppa when heading North from Taranaki, or for tourists heading to Taranaki, to pull over for a rest and first view of Taranaki - the Bight (bay), the 245-metre cliffs at Parininihi (the White Cliffs), and the mountain.

Because this layby is beside SH3 open highway, please take care with children and pets.

Please replace the cache well to avoid this one being muggled
