ESP - En 2012 Vitoria fue Capital Verde Europea. Y bajo este marco el ayuntamiento se embarcó en resideñar muchos rincones de su ciudad. Esta plaza antes degradada y sin atractivo alguno ha sido rediseñada siguiendo criterios sostenibles para darle un aspecto mucho mas espacioso, útil al peatón y mas acorde con el nuevo espacio de la plaza de toros.
ENG - In 2012 Vitoria was the European Green Capital. And it was in this frame when Vitoria decided to give an extreme makeover to many public spaces of the city. This square, neglected and with no appealing in the past, has been refurnished following sustainable criteria to give it a more useful and clean look, much more in tone with the brandnewspace of the nearby new bullring arena.
ESP - La nueva plaza Green Capital cuenta ahora con 800 metros cuadrados de zona verde, parque infantil (cuidado con los mini-geomuggles), y una preciosa fachada adornada con un jardín vertical que simula un árbol.
