Welcome to MEGA Halloween Hoopla! /video/id/12928/

This cache celebrates Halloween with some dastardly characters from some of our favorite movies and is included in the GeoART to celebrate the MEGA Designation. Each of these characters are rated for their Bad Mojo. Your assignment will be to determine what rating was given to each of these sleazy characters plug them into the picture puzzle. Simple enough, but while testing the difficulty of this puzzle I found many sites ranking these creeps. Your Test will be to find the correct site. May your MoJo be good and lead you to success.
