Multicache that takes just a bit of walking. There are a couple of the usual caches here and a couple not so much. Find the tree with the right ball to start with. This is Texas, watch for ants, spiders and snakes at all times. It should not take a great deal of time. Permission from the owner to be at the prescribed coordinates. You shouldn't have to go far.
