Gil Weir is a great little spot along Dogwood Creek which is the water source for the nearby town of Miles.
It's a nice spot for a quick break or if you want to stay longer you can also free camp here.
There's a couple of nice spots close to the water and if you have a rod there might even be a fish or two around.
The cache is hidden a bit away from the main area so if there are other people around it shouldn't be too hard to grab.
To find your way in turn off the Leichardt Highway at S 26° 42.075 E 150° 11.190 and follow the dirt road to the end.
At the turn off there's also a sign that will give you a bit more information on the area.
