Geocache Description:

Residential Neighborhood Cache put together by the 2nd, 4th, and 5th grade boys of Pack 124 - Tucson

The word geocache is a combination of "geo," which means "earth," and "cache," which means "a hiding place." Geocaching describes a hiding place on planet Earth - a hiding place you can find using a GPS unit. A GPS (Global Positioning System) unit is an electronic tool that shows you where to go based on information it gets from satellites in space (Scouting.org).

Pack 124 a midtown Tucson Cub Scout pack that is only 5 years old. Having spent a weekend on Mt Lemmon the boys decided that we should make our own Geocache. This cache represents our first effort, and a ton of excitment.

We hope this adds an extra spot for you to find a cache as you're working through midtown.

This is hidden in a residential neighborhood, and although the cache is on public land you are going to be necessarily close to other people's property lines.
