Canoe Launch Traditional Cache

This cache is located in the vicinity of the former Customs House close to the border between South Australia and Victoria.

The location is found at the end of a bitumen road out of Paringa and there are generally several house boats moored nearby.  This particular spot is a little away from the houseboat area and is set aside as a suitable launch point for canoes.  There is a car park and a long drop toilet here and several campsites are located about 100 metres distant.  The cache container is a green PET tube.
