The Hazleton Rails To Trails pathway is a very popular hiking & biking trail on the outskirts of the city. It can be very busy at times, during all seasons. This cache is placed so you can make an easy grab, if you time it in between the Muggles coming and going.
This area is open dawn to dusk. No night caching.
