Our Holiday Shindig is for all of our geocaching friends to meet, eat, and be merry during the Holiday Season.

POT LUCK!

• Dinner and Desserts for the Shindig this year will be pot luck.
• Various beverages will be provided by NWOGEO for all attendees.

Alcohol is NOT permitted in the facility for our event.

EVENT
COSTS

• To help cover the cost of this facility rental, drinks & supplies, there is now a
$ 5 per adult (13&up) fee instead of a donation jar at the registration table.
One free 12 and under for each paid adult also included.

The facility's capacity is 130, so PLEASE post a "will attend" log noting the number attendees as follows:

Adults (18-20): qty
Adults (21+): qty
Children (17 and under): qty with ages please

WHAT TO BRING

• Pot luck items (see Food & Drink above)
• Travel Bugs to be "Discovered", "Dropped" or "Grabbed".
• Sig items and collectables to show tell & trade.
• Warm clothes for caching, caching gear, a camera, and all of your Geo-Holiday cheer!

EVENT HISTORY

Our previous Holiday Shindig's have hosted over 100 people from Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana! We hope to see you all there again this year.
