By attending this event you will be able to watch the 16 finalist films from the 2015 Geocaching International Film Festival. In the past you could only see these films if you went to the event held every year in Seattle at the Block Party. This year, the Film Festival was rained out. So on the weekend of November 5-8 only, geocachers all over the world will host geocaching events at which the films from the 2015 Geocaching International Film Festival will be the first public viewing of these films ever.
Most important of all, you will be able to earn a special souvenir for attending ;)
The event is taking place at The University of Sussex, Bramber house, room BH-255 (we will meet outside the building and go in together; there will be signs to direct latecomers).
You can travel to the venue by :
Car- parking costs £2.50 for 2 hours (alternatively there is free parking at Stanmer park if you don't mind walking),
Bus- there is a stop right outside Bramber House,
Train- get off at Falmer Station,
Bike - there are good cycle lanes all the way from the city centre and lots of places on campus to lock your bike.
University Map - Bramber house is no. 13.
There are also plenty of Geocaches to be found nearby in Stanmer Park.
