Here is an area that I found in my travels that nice because when you drive down the road, you feel like the water surrounds you. Well, it does and it sure is peaceful.
A lot of no trespassing signs, please do not go anywhere near private property. You will not need to. The cache is in the usual spot and bring your own pen. I had to think if this would be a good spot. Although it is a nice view of this water, it is all private. You can enjoy it roadside. Nothing special otherwise in this situation, therefore making it EZ for the smiley!
