Halfway Station Traditional Cache

This area was lacking caches, so here is one just waiting to be found.

Cache is in plain sight.  Please be respectful of the area, so this cache will be allowed to stay. 

Permission has been granted by the General Manager.

I used two GPS' and there was a little bouncing, but once it settled down got them both within 2 feet.
