Geocache Description:

m.There is a city park along the west side of the harbour. There is a lot of neat stuff to see and learn about such as the addition of CNR car 4884 which was a diner. It has been aquired and partially refurbished. It is open for veiwing through the steps to the past. Did I Mention there is also a caboose attached to the car? Fun for the kids and adults alike.

The cache container is a series S black magnetic key box. This is larger than the the old ones as it is designed for the newer fat keys with remote. It contains a log. Use the hint if you have to but it should be able to be located by the co- ords. The reason for the cache is mainly to showcase the waterfront and bring people to the railway car that some may have never seen. The marine and rail histories in this area are quite extensive. There are propellers that were manufactured in a foudery across the street long gone now. The Maids of the Mist were built there as well as the fire boat that Toronto still uses on their warterfont today.

Take your own pen or pencil!
