Easy p/g - Views of Kahlotus and the railroad right of way emerging from Tunnel 17, under GZ, and heading off to the east towards Spokane.


Part of my SP&S RR station series

"The Indian name Kahlotus is translated to mean "hole in the ground" or "coyote water,"  both referring to the spring water that (use) to feed nearby Lake Kahlotus (now dry).
