This is in the rear of a motel we visit frequently. We've been wanting to place a cache on the island, and the owners of this motel (Dove Wind) were nice enough to give their approval. They even helped us find a suitable place for the hide.
Chincoteague Island has been our "go to" family vacation spot for over 25 year. This cache is our first, but hopefully not our last. It is in the rear of a lovely motel with the owners permission. Please park and enter from the rear. We've placed a Galaxy in the cache for the first youngster. BYOP.
