Cache is AT the posted coordinates, a simple Park-N-Grab Letterbox. Please avoid business hours (M-F 8-5) if possible, and use stealth.
I used to have another cache similarly in the general area. I decided to replace it, but as the original GZ is no longer easily accessible I chose to move it a bit.
A letterbox used to be a form of treasure hunt pre-dating geocaching, where individuals would follow a series of instructions to reach the letterbox (turn left at the tree, walk 10 paces, etc.) At the container, there was a rubber stamp. Letterboxers carried their own personal logbook and would stamp their book as proof that they had found the letterbox.
In the geocaching context, a letterbox is a geocache containing a rubber stamp for anyone who letterboxes. Some have to be found using old letterboxes or similar riddles, some are like most other puzzles, and some act like traditionals- this one is the latter.
