[ITA] Costruita a fine 800 per divenire residenza di campagna della famiglia tedesca Hannensen, nel 1914 la Villa fu acquistata da un banchiere di origine polacca, co-fondatore della banca Commerciale Italiana, Giuseppe Toepltiz. Da qui il nome "Villa Toepltitz", che con il suo parco di circa 8 ettari, vanta spettacolari giochi di fontane e cascate, ricchi elementi architettonici, di ingegneria e innumerevoli specie vegetali.
All'interno del parco di Villa Toeplitz, ora giardino pubblico del Comune di Varese, è possibile passeggiare, rilassarsi, sorseggiare un drink presso il bar e godersi il panorama, sul giardino da un lato e sulla valle Olona, dall'altro. Oltre la villa e i giochi di fontane, nel parco si può ammirare ciò che resta dell'antico splendore di questo luogo rappresentato da costruzioni come la piscina-laghetto, le serre e la cappelletta. I percorsi pedonali sono innumerevoli e le passeggiate che si possono effettuare non mancano di far perdere l'occhio sui particolari fastosi di un tempo e la cura con cui furono realizzati.

Per trovare le coordinate del cache dovrete cercare le risposte girando per il parco (15'). Trovate le risposte la formula è:
