The posted coordinates will lead you to the Cambria County Library.  You will need to go inside so check their website for hours of operation. As of 10/12/2015 they are Mon.-Tues. 8am-8pm.  Wed.-Thurs 8am-7pm.  Fri- Sat. 9am-4pm.  Closed Sundays.

The coordinates for this cache are N 40 19.X  W 78 55.Y.   In order to solve for X find the correct book and go to page 2272.  Find the person with the initials P. V. with a birth date of Oct. 27 (note his place of birth).   2,673 minus his year of birth equals X.  In order to solve for Y go to page 2117 of the same book.  Find the person with the initials G. P. or E. P. with a birth date of June 21. (again, note his place of birth).   2,408 minus his year of birth equals Y.

After figuring out the coordinates for the cache it is about a 3 block walk to your smiley.
