The British Jelly Babies taste different than their NZ relatives... but does that make them better?

They are a favoured British sweet sweet of Doctor Who, his fourth incarnation in particular. The Doctor often offered them to companions and others he met on his travels.

At one point, the company that made jelly babies decided to discontinue production of the pink jelly babies, unaware that it was a favourite colour of their customers. The company began to lose profits and eventually went bankrupt.
