To find this 2 or 3 stage multi geocache start at the benchmark at the posted coordinates, the benchmark SY2178. The good news is you will get to log it as well as the cache - two for one! Go to the posted coordinates and find the benchmark. To find the second stage and the coords for the final, go 20' north but do not leave the sidewalk. There is no container at the second stage, only the coords to the final which is less than a mile away.
