This cache is located on another one of the Zantastic family's favorite hikes. The "Peninsula Trail" is a wonderful little trek into the woods that ends on the southern side of Lake Placid. There is a spectactular view just about any time of the year, but in the fall, it's unbeatable. You can either tie in to the Jackrabbit Trail for a longer adventure, or loop back for a quick walk in the woods. The medium-sized cache is just a stone's throw from the trail.
