Geocache Description:

Many of you have been to my home / work, and I show movies each month on a projection screen in our sunroom.   This will be a great time to show some 'senior citizen' muggles what geoaching is, and why I am always out and about on another 'scavenger hunt'.

What: Geocaching Film Screening
When: Sunday November 8, 2015
Time: 6 - 8 p.m.

This year the 3rd Annual Geocaching International Film Festival which was to have been a part of the Seattle Geocaching HQ Block Party festivities was rained out. That rain was a blessing in disguise, because instead of reserving the films for the small portion of the Geocaching community that could have attended in person, Geocaching HQ has decided to share the love and the Film Festival by coordinating events around the world to show off these incredible user-submitted films.

With every new incredible geocache container, every clever hide, every log that reads like an epic journey, it becomes more and more apparent: the geocaching community is one of the most creative groups of people on the planet. Thanks to the great folks at Geocaching HQ around 6:30 PM on Sunday November 8th, I am going to showcase that creativity with a special presentation of the finalists and winners of the 2015 Geocaching International Film Festival.

I will provide drinks, plates, napkins, and even some popcorn and nachos and cheese for everyone, If you can, please bring your favorite movie time snackfood to share with others that would be great.  I will probably bring 12 or so senior citizen muggles to see the film also.

Geocaching HQ has approved the showing of the film at my place of home/work. See you there.

According to Geocaching HQ, the film is approx. 1-hour long. We plan to watch the movie from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. then another 30 minutes or so to chat and meet other cachers. The entire event should take place from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Thank you and hope to see you there.

This event is at a place of business and is ADA Handicap accessible.
