Lately I have placed a few puzzle caches based on the English language and homographs. This is the last one for a while, so it's the hardest.
This one has some clever, deceptive definitions, usually based on homographs. So put your brain in "crossword mode" and think "outside the box".
First determine the word represented by the definition. Then perform the necessary calculations to get the coordinates of the final. You'll need to know how to calculate the Alpha Sum (AS) and digital root (DR) for words to complete the calculations. The number of letters in the answer is indicated by the 'dashes'. Some letters are given to help you along.
A. Dotty Inventor---> _ _ _ _ E . Calculate (AS / 10) + 1.
B. Hacker--------> _ _ _ _ E _ _. Calculate (AS - DR) / 6.
C. Sinker ----------> _ _ O _ _. Calculate ((AS + 1) / 10) - DR.
D. It has many bends ----------> _ _ _ _ _. Calculate (AS - 1) / 8.
E. It's available in bars ----------> _ _ _ _ . Calculate (AS - DR) / 5.
F. Ravenous? ----> _ _ _ _ _. Calculate DR.
G. Sewer line ---> _ _ _ _ . Calculate DR.
H. Field trips ---> _ _ _ O _ _. Calculate DR.
The final is at N43 5A.BCD W78 0E.FGH.
The final is on the side of a road. Park carefully and be aware of the traffic. Final is a micro, so please BYOP and write small.
