This cache is a fairly steep hike, up above Mineral Basin and Pittsburg Lake. Elevation 9916 feet.
I was up checking on my Pittsburg Lake cache and decided to take a stroll above the lake and look at the runoff waterfalls. This is a beautiful area pretty close to the city. This is definetely a summer cache. Pack a lunch and enjoy the surroundings. Make sure you grab the other caches in the area. The cache is not by the cliffs above the lake.
