And now for something completely different...not the cache, but what you will find when you hunt for the cache!

ONLY HUNT DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS PLEASE! Property owner's request!

When I first moved to Milwaukee six years ago, I discovered a couple geocaches entitled Something Different GCFFFA and Something Different - Two GCFFF6 by Socko. It wasn't the geocaches that were different, it was the sights at the geocache site. I added another thirteen unusual sights in the Milwaukee area over the next six years.

Now that I'm a St. Louis resident, I'm keeping my eye out for the strange and wonderful. This first cache is a location I stumbled upon one day while trying to get to a gas station during morning rush hour. It was such an accidental sighting that it took me two days to figure out where it was again.

This collection is about as quirky as they come. The collector is about as nice a person as they come as well. I got a brief history of the neighborhood and a sincere welcome to place a cache here.

No need to rummage around for the cache. Step on up to the hitching post and sign the log. No stealth required but please only hunt during daylight hours!
