In recent months I was searching for a spot to be the new final location for GC3784N "Murals of Bloomfield & Garfield", and I hid this cache for that purpose. Eventually I settled on a different spot for that cache (after all, this spot isn't in Bloomfield or Garfield), but since this is hidden and it highlights a chance to see a view of Asia, I thought I might as well leave it there and let it be published as a new cache.
Should be a very easy find. BYOP.
