Desert Drive with the Bears - A Desert Boulevard Traditional Cache

There used to be a great series of caches along the road here that were so much fun for many. This cache placement trip out to the desert will hopefully revive this area for caching again. All the caches placed today are accessible by 2 wheel drive vehicles.

We saw this road heading out into the sand and couldn't see where it led to so we just had to pull in and explore how far it went and where it went to. First thing we noticed is that it had been paved originally, and there were trees all down either side of the road all the way up to what was left of the entry pillars. How interesting! What was here  and whatever happened we wondered? So many fascinating places on our cache-placing-day today.
