[WEXP-1] Streets of Tarchomin Wherigo Cache

This Wherigo is a part of WEXP projects - a set of experimental wherigo scenarios, which are based on fresh ideas, which are sometimes simply MAX! I'd like to experiment a bit with Wherigos and provide something more than simple walk scenarios, adventure scenarios (which could be actually played on computer as well) or reverse caches. There are some elements in those scenarios, which some of you could dislike, but I hope, there will be more people who will find them enjoyable. 

This scenario requires you to drive through the streets of Tarchomin, most of them have the names starting with M. Why those? Because I've got a lot of problems remembering, which one is which. Simply, all starts with M ;)

Please note that you have time limit, so you need to be quick, but you shouldn't drive above limit, because you'll be punished for that.
