I had my eye on this location a month ago and was puzzling if I should put a cache here. Just today, I discovered on had been placed here before, but has since been archived. I have placed a new cache to let new cacher's enjoy the area (and to make geocacher's who found GC3NZWV to cross again -haha).
Please don't tear the bark off the tree. If the bark doesn't lift up easily, the cache is not under it.
Check the attributes or bring a sturdy plank of wood.
Cache is a mint tin. An easy find, so you should not have to make two trips across.
