Geocache Description:

This cache has been placed by the Department of Conservation as part of Conservation Week (1-8 November) 2015.

The Wainui Falls Track has recently been improved and the bridges have been replaced.  The track leads to Wainui Falls passing through magnificent lowland forest and alongside the beautiful Wainui River with its massive granite boulders.    

 

The cache is a transparent plastic box, well hidden but only about a metre away from the track.
